Mass of Thanksgiving
Deacon Paul Sullivan will be offering a Mass of Thanksgiving here at St.
Bridget's on Sun, May 25th at 12 Noon in celebration of his Ordination
to the Priesthood.

Bus
To The Ordinatin of Deacon Paul
Our Deacon, Paul Sullivan, will be ordained to the Priesthood on Saturday,
May 24th at 9 AM at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross in Boston. There are
still seats available on the bus to the Ordination.

Festival
Our annual Marian Festival will be held on Wed, May 28 at 7:30 PM in the
Upper Church.
Religious
Education Registration - Sept
Wednesday Religious Education Registration for September is taking place
now for all Grades Kindergarten Grade Five. All registration forms were
sent home with the students, please return the forms Mrs. Barbato.

Hospitality
Committee Needs People
We are in need of 1 or 2 persons who would be interested in chairing this
committee. This includes the monthly coffee and donuts following the 9:00
and 10:30 AM Masses.

Needed for 7:30 Sunday Mass
We
are still in need of an Usher for the 7:30 AM Sunday Mass. Anyone interested
in helping with this important ministry is asked to contact Joe Repole

you can help with this important ministry, you would be put on the schedule

Bicentennial
Pilgrimage, Quebec City
Plan to mark the Bicentennial of the Archdiocese of Boston by coming together
in prayer and fellowship with pilgrims from across the Archdiocese and
from throughout the world at this special event in June 2008.

Boston , Massachusetts October 11 - 12
Catholics in the Boston Archdiocese will have the privilege this October
to host the second-ever national MAGNIFICAT event.

It is of upmost importance that members of St. Bridget's Parish who are
hospitalized at Framingham Union Hospital/Metro West Medical Center. NOTIFY
the Rectory at 508-875-5959 immediately.

and Doughnuts
There
will be coffee and doughnuts the first Sun of the month following the
9 AM and 10:30 AM masses in the school hall.

(HAS) Fund
Can
you help? We need to keep the HAS Fund alive and well to do this. CAN
YOU HELP? Checks may be made payable to St. Bridget HAS Fund and sent
to the rectory.

Last weekends 5% tithing was $465.00 for
Sr. Maureen Clark, CSJ, Sisters of St. Joseph Prison Ministry. There will
be a second collection this weekend, May 17th & 18th for communications

Birthright
Carnation
The Mother's Day Carnation Project is the primary fundraising event held
by Birthright of Framingham. Volunteers will be selling carnations here
at St. Bridget's on the weekend of May 24th & 25th following all of the
Masses.

Young At Heart Upcoming Events
May
19 (Monday) Please join us for our monthly meeting starting with a Mass
at 11:30 AM followed by lunch and entertainment at the School Hall.

Handing
On The Light Of Christ Appeal 2008
Thank
you to all supporters of the 2008 Catholic Appeal. Our parish has raised
$98,911.00 from 304 households, reaching 76.4 percent of our parish goal
of our parish goal of $129,500.00.
No
Vacation Bible School This Year
Unfortunately,
we will not be able to run a Vacation Bible School at St. Bridget's School
this summer. The school building is having a new fire alarm system installed
which will take most of the summer. We certainly aren't able to have our
children there while the fire alarm system is being changed! We hope to
see you for VBS 2009!

to Place An Ad
In
Sep 2007, we changed over to a bulletin company to print our bulletins.
One aspect of this is the opportunity for people in the St. Bridget Community
and surrounding towns to place an ad on two bulletin pages.
