Parish Survey
Let Us Know What You Think!
Church_window_2.gif - (14K)

St. Bridget Parish is conducting a simple survey to gather information about parish life.  The questions will be available for parishioners to respond to in the bulletin as well as online.   Rather than a long survey we will begin with just a few questions to better gage what direction future questions might take.  Everyone’s participation is important and appreciated!

St. Joseph Retreat Center, situated on a private beach in Cohasset, MA,  provides an ideal place for a day retreat on the Atlantic Ocean.   There is a reverent silence throughout the grounds at all times, an expansive porch, and a seaside labyrinth.  The center’s director is Joan M. McCarthy CSJ.

Lunch and light refreshments will be provided.

Please let the Coordinator of Parish Ministries, Karen Mallozzi, know if you would like to attend the fall retreat.

Bereavement Ministry
“Jesus saw Mary weeping, and he saw how the people with her were weeping also; his heart was touched and he was deeply moved.”  Jn 11:33

Parish Bereavement Ministry exists to support parishioners who have lost loved ones through death by providing comfort and consolation as well as practical assistance in planning a funeral.  St. Bridget Parish is looking for those who have learned to accommodate their own grief, are good listeners, and are available and interested in training for this important ministry.

To receive updates on training and formation of this ministry please contact Coordinator of Parish Ministries, Karen Mallozzi, at 508-875-6009 kmallozzi@stbridgetparish.org  or contact Msgr. Strahan.

Legion of Mary at Saint Bridget's
If you recite the rosary daily or would like to begin this lovely devotion, we invite you to become an auxiliary member of the Legion of Mary at St. Bridget's.  Please contact the Rectory for more information.

Is There Anyone Sick Among You?
Never hesitate to call our parish priest to ask for prayer and the Sacrament of the Sick prior to surgery or when diagnosed with serious illness.

Hospital Stays
